01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between Holigambet ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Operator") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers, or uses the services available at holigambet.cam and all associated subdomains or applications operated under the Holigambet brand.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on the Holigambet platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms shall be read together with the Holigambet Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

03 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account with Holigambet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the period you maintain an Account. Holigambet strictly enforces a 21+ age policy in compliance with international responsible gambling standards applicable to casino-style gaming.
2. You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and nominee registrations are not permitted.
3. You must not be a resident of or physically present in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law at the time of use. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform complies with applicable local legislation.
4. You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of a current employee of Holigambet or any of its affiliated entities.
5. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, whether voluntarily entered into with Holigambet or imposed by any other operator or regulatory body to which Holigambet has agreed to comply.
6. You must not have a previously closed or terminated Account with Holigambet arising from a breach of these Terms or fraudulent conduct.

04 Registration & KYC Verification

Each person may register only one Account on the Holigambet platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, Holigambet reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and forfeit any outstanding balances derived from wagering activity.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 KYC Document Requirements

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at Holigambet's discretion for deposits above certain thresholds, you will be required to complete KYC verification by submitting:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document — such as a Malaysian MyKad (front and back), Passport (data page), or Driver's License;
• Proof of residential address — a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past three (3) months bearing your name and address;
• A selfie photograph holding your photo identification document next to your face, clearly showing both the document and your face in a single well-lit image;
• Additional documentation may be required in higher-risk circumstances, including but not limited to source-of-funds declarations for high-value depositors.

4.3 Verification Timeline

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of submission of complete documentation. Holigambet reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing during active KYC review. Players will be notified by email upon successful verification or if additional documents are required.

05 Account Conduct & Prohibited Behaviour

By maintaining an Account on Holigambet, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination:

• Opening, operating, or accessing more than one Account, whether personally or through a third party acting on your behalf;
• Sharing your Account credentials with any other person or allowing any third party to access, operate, or wager using your Account;
• Using any automated tool, bot, script, software, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform or exploit any aspect of the Services;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: chip dumping, gnoming, matched betting between multiple accounts, or otherwise exploiting promotional structures in bad faith;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any financial crime through the platform;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any subsequent communications with Holigambet;
• Colluding with other players in live casino or card game environments to gain an unfair advantage;
• Conducting any charge-back or reversal of a legitimate deposit without prior written authorisation from Holigambet.

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Holigambet accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) via the following payment methods: FPX instant bank transfer, DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and supported cryptocurrency networks (BTC, USDT TRC20/ERC20, ETH). Minimum deposit amounts and applicable processing times vary by payment method and are published on the platform's deposit page.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted under any circumstances. Holigambet reserves the right to return deposited funds to the original payment source and request proof of ownership before crediting any contested deposit.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timelines are detailed on the withdrawal page. Verified accounts in good standing are typically processed within the same business day for standard MYR bank transfers.

Holigambet does not impose withdrawal fees on standard MYR transactions. Processing fees charged by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the Player. Holigambet reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification checks prior to processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.

6.3 Currency

All Account balances, transactions, bonuses, and wagering calculations are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) as the functional currency of the platform for Malaysian users. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed receipt.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

Holigambet offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, referral bonuses, birthday bonuses, and other time-limited offers. All promotions are subject to the following general terms unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's dedicated terms:

• Bonus funds are credited to the Account as a separate balance and must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before any portion may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Unused bonus funds expire upon reaching the deadline;
• Unless explicitly stated, only real-money wagers contribute toward wagering requirements. Wagers funded by other bonus funds do not contribute;
• Different game categories may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements — sports betting typically contributes 100%, while certain table games and live casino titles may contribute at reduced rates as specified per promotion;
• Maximum bet limits apply when a wagering requirement is active. Placing a single wager exceeding the stated maximum bet while bonus funds are in play may result in the forfeiture of the entire bonus and any associated winnings;
• Holigambet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where applicable;
• Birthday bonuses are credited based on the verified date of birth on file. The Player's Account must be in good standing on the birthday date. Tier-based birthday bonus amounts are as published on the platform and subject to change between promotion cycles.

08 Sports Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting markets offered on Holigambet, including but not limited to Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, English Premier League matches, UEFA competitions, UFC bouts, and any other sporting markets listed on the platform:

• All bets are accepted subject to the published odds at the time of placement. Holigambet reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has commenced unless specific in-play markets are designated as live betting markets;
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and event. These are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by event, market type, and Account standing;
• In the event of a clear pricing error ("palpable error"), Holigambet reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous odds. Players will be notified of any such voiding and stakes refunded;
• Postponed or abandoned events will be treated in accordance with the standard rules published per sport. In most cases, bets on outright postponed events are voided and stakes returned unless rescheduled within a specified period;
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to additional variance in acceptance speed. Connection delays or transmission interruptions do not entitle a Player to void a confirmed bet;
• Parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the parlay to pay. A single void selection in a parlay reduces the number of legs without voiding the entire ticket, unless the remaining legs fail;
• Holigambet reserves the right to limit or restrict the stakes of any Account where patterns of professional or syndicated wagering are detected, without obligation to provide detailed reasons.

09 Live Casino Rules

Live casino games — including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, and Sic Bo — are operated by third-party live dealer studio providers. Holigambet facilitates access to these games and is not the primary game operator. The rules of each live dealer game are governed by the specific studio provider's published game rules, which are accessible within each game interface.

In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the outcome of that round is determined by the result recorded in the game provider's server logs. Holigambet does not have the authority to alter game results. In circumstances where a game round cannot be resolved due to a verified technical failure on Holigambet's infrastructure, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.

Players are reminded that live dealer games are subject to table limits which vary by game type and VIP tier status. Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed at the table before participation.

10 Responsible Gambling Obligations

Holigambet is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. As a condition of maintaining an Account, Players acknowledge the following:

• Gambling on Holigambet is intended solely as a form of entertainment. It is not a reliable strategy for generating income or resolving financial difficulties;
• Players aged 21 and above only. If you are under 21, you must not attempt to register or use this platform;
• Players experiencing signs of problem gambling — including chasing losses, gambling with money required for essential living expenses, or an inability to stop — are encouraged to use the self-exclusion and limit-setting tools available within the Account settings;
• Deposit limits, wager limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods (ranging from 24 hours to 6 months), and permanent self-exclusion are all available free of charge from the Responsible Gambling section of your Account;
• Once a self-exclusion has been activated, it cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. Permanent self-exclusions are not reversible under any circumstances.

11 Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the Holigambet platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, software code, design elements, graphical assets, game content, written copy, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of Holigambet or its licensed third-party content providers, and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without prior written authorisation from Holigambet.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Holigambet and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gambling winnings resulting from system downtime, technical interruptions, or third-party service failures;
• Loss of data, unauthorised account access attributable to the Player's own security failures, or errors caused by the Player's own device or network;
• Any indirect financial losses incurred as a consequence of gambling activity on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

Holigambet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any associated policy;
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or any criminal conduct through the platform;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Detection of multiple Accounts registered to the same person or device;
• Evidence of collusion, bonus abuse, arbitrage, or any form of coordinated exploitation of the platform;
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider, pending investigation;
• A voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the Account holder.

Upon termination for legitimate breach, any Account balance may be forfeited following a compliance review. In cases of termination at the Operator's discretion unrelated to Player misconduct, verified real-money balances will be returned to the Player's last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Holigambet holds its international gaming licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to first contact Holigambet's customer support team via the contact details in Section 16 below. The Operator commits to investigating and responding to all formal disputes within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration administered under the rules of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

15 Amendments to These Terms

Holigambet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice published on the platform, with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' notice before the revised Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure.
